5 Star service

Salesman, Jordan Davis, made buying my first Subaru a great experience! He took the time to show me different vehicle packages that met my needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is new to Subaru and to existing Subaru owners as he is very knowledgeable, works hard on your behalf and made my experience a 5 star one!

Best experience!

Our salesman, Troy Vail was absolutely the best salesman we have ever dealt with. We never felt pressure to buy, and Troy was full of great information. This is the second Audi we purchased from Napletons. Thank you for a great experience!

Stress less way to lease or purchase a car

I have leased and purchased a new Subaru from Napleton. My sales representative, Mike Price answered all my questions thoroughly and was friendly and patient. He put forth great effort to find the particular model I wanted and kept me informed during the process which was much shorter than I expected. Charles Madison was extremely helpful in explaining options for financing and extra product protection and services. My experience at Napleton Subaru was stress less!

Highly Recommended!!

This is our 4th Cadillac we have purchased from Napelton Cadillac. We have had the pleasure to have had Justine as our sales person from the start. Better Than Expected

After having a history with many dealerships, it is easy to say we have a little PTSD from those experiences. Walking into Napleton Autowerks of Rockford there was an expectation of it to be just like every other dealership, but it wasn't. JR was both informative and friendly during this whole process. After years of experiencing sometimes 9+ hours in a dealership, we were expecting the worst. It was no where close to that number of hours. From feet on lot, test drive, and financing, to car home in our driveway, it was about 4 hours. We couldn't be more grateful to JR, Brian, and Charles without whom we would not be the new owners to this Santa Fe. Thanks Guys!!!

My first Subaru

We were looking for a specific Subaru to meet my needs and were were able to locate one in Rockford , Il . Working with Jeff Propp as well as Scott , the manager , we arrived at a negotiated price we could all live with . Many more bells and whistles for me after having a 2002 Ford Focus . Jeff made us both instantly comfortable in the painstaking process of buying a car . He made us relaxed and never was pushy in anyway . Very professional and fun to work with . The day we drove up to pick up the car he had it in perfect condition and walked us through what we needed to know regarding the car . I would highly recommend Jeff and this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru and it was worth the 2 hour drive twice to get our car ! Thanks for a very positive experience and I’m sure I will love driving this beautiful cat ! Bravo !

Great experience - Awesome People

Easily one of the top car buying experiences I have ever had. Our sales representative Casey Dinger was very knowledgeable and honest about the vehicles we were considering. The level of professionalism of all the individuals at this dealership far exceeded everywhere else we had looked at to this point. I will be going back to this dealership when it comes time to buy my next vehicle.
