My Subaru wouldn't start and I had it towed to Napleton Autowerks on Perryville Rd. Mike Palumbo took ownership of my problem, quickly had it diagnosed and the parts ordered. When the parts arrived Mike had the car fixed and had me back in my Subaru in no time. As busy as they were, Mike did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the entire process and then presented me with my repaired, clean Subaru.

Brought my xt5 in for a headlight being out! The service manager came out and apologized since my car was brand new! He ordered me up a new headlight assembly and got it installed two days later! Bad experience turned into a great one!

Brought my car in for a flat tire and was upset! Talked to the service manager about this issue and he gave me a loaner car and fixed my outback while I went to work! Excellent service!
