We drove from Greenfield WI to Rockford IL which is 84

We drove from Greenfield WI to Rockford IL which is 84 miles to find the particular car we were looking for. From the time we walked in and met Todd Tifft and then Matt Vincent it was a great experience. Matt is a great salesman. We were never rushed even though we got to the dealership late in the evening. Found the perfect car!! Met with Larry Hansen and drove home in a beautiful Crimson Forester. Second Forester, different dealership. Have only positives to say about Napleton and their staff.

Grateful!

My daughter and I were traveling from WI to Iowa, when about 15 miles from the dealership, my check engine light came on. I went directly to the dealership. Without an appointment, they were able to get me in, figure out the problem, fix it and get us on our way. I was so grateful that we weren't turned away and that they made time in their schedule to fit us in! They kept me informed the entire time and sent us on our way 3 hours later. Very grateful and appreciative!!!

Our third vehicle from Napleton.

Our third vehicle from Napleton. The first was a Subie Outback (2012) and the second was a Honda Accord (2016) Every one was a good experience. The dealership is totally honest and the cars are excellent. The financials and paperwork would be a nightmare, but they handled it very smoothly.
