Horrible service, don't answer phones or call back
Had my car towed in on a Tuesday. Wed. I was told it would be ready by Friday and was a sensor issue. Had another issue investigated, but in 3 days no results. Friday comes, my service writer is off, and also The tech who was working on my car is in training. No one else on staff has a clue about my car, or what was being done. When I have tried to call in today, at least 10 times, the tech is on the phone or talking to a customer and couldn't be reached. He never returned any of my many voice mails. They can't even tell me if I'll need to get a ride home from work although my car was supposed to be ready, and a service driver here to pick me up at work. I have worked for many major dealerships in the area, and any would be ashamed for customer service I have received thus far. Will go to GM Dealer in another city next time. Pitiful!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE
Horrible service! Do not take your car here if not under warranty. Paid $954, and pulled out of the service department and car broke down on me. Basically told that it's my problem and my bad luck. Nothing done about it. Who does this to a loyal customer who has gone to the dealership for six years.

Once you buy the vehicle all the good customer service is gone. Don’t expect any future help unless your looking to purchase another new vehicle. The service department is awful. I wouldn’t take them my lawn mower.

If i could leave a negative review i would......Never use the service department at this dealer! I have a metallic clicking noise coming from someplace in or near my engine. After doing some reasearch i realized there was an open recall on my vehicle related to an exhaust manifold issue. The symptoms of this matched my problem perfectly. I brought the car in explained my situation and was told that the symptoms i was describing would not be due to that recall issue, but they would "take a look." My recall was serviced and i have a report that states they examined everything and fixed the problem....actually stated there was no problem. I would have to pay about $200 for a diagnostic to try to figure out the noise......fast forward, i go to another dealer 40 miles away to have a second opinion. They find the exhaust problem and state NAPLETONS DID NOT FIX OR EXAMINE THIS ISSUE.....had they done what they claimed to have done, they would have seen a clear issue and replaced the parts indicated in the recall. Literal textbook FRAUD by Napletons subaru service department, claiming and documenting work that they did not do. DO NOT GO HERE, if you do, the outcome and safety implications are on you.

Always go back to Napleton
It’s our fourth car from Napleton. The customer service is great. We saw a Subaru Ascend online that we wanted to test drive. We called the dealership and they had the car pulled up and ready for us by the time we arrived. We got there close to closing time so Gary came back to take care of us on his day off. We’ll always buy from him and Napleton crew.
