Oil change and tire rotation (60K)

Not all visits to Napleton are involving big issues, which is a good thing. Why would you want expensive car issues in the first place? With that being said, Irv, & Kevin, got the oil change, tire rotation, and back brakes to correct operating order. While there I looked at the new cars, visited with sales reps, Brian & Justine, drank the free coffee and went home. No hassles.

Efficient Service and Accommodating waiting area

Everytime I made a visit to Napletons, the Service Manager like Erving was very through and clear of the problems I had with my vechle. Made me feel comfortable and sure my issues would be resolved. Your waiting room is outstanding and accommodating.

2004 Sedan DeVille

Service was a delight to work with! I came to Napleton to get age related issues sorted out and they exceeded my expectations by getting all of them done at once. So far, the car has been running fine. I'm hoping that another visit won't be necessary anytime soon, but when it does, It'll be at Napleton. Downside, I have an older Cadillac, and the bottom line is, It costs an arm and a leg to get any kind of service for your vehicle at any Cadillac Dealership.

Great Service, Clean Facility, Friendly Staff

Everyone was friendly and courteous. I brought my car in for a factory recall and they did not treat me any different than one of the paying customers. I think next time I am looking to buy a car, I would shop at Napleton's first!

Looking to purchase a used Boxster

Had been working with dealer on the purchase of a used Boxster. Had discussed on several occasions but could not agree on price. Asked dealer to let me know if any changes on price. Called dealer a week later to ask about the car. Dealer stated car was sold. Not the entire truth... dealer sold car at an auction. Fould this out through auto check. Disappointed dealer did not contact me before taking to auction. I'm sure my price would have been better than they received at auction. Will look elsewhere for a car.

Service on CTS at Napleton Cadillac, Rockford, IL.

I've had this car for 12 yrs. since I bought it there. And it was always serviced there, and so far I have always been treated fine and the car was always fixed properly. I may have had a time or two that I had to 'remind' them to check certain things (e.g.-fluid levels, cabin filter) because I'm not sure they did. But, they always make it right. That's mainly what matters to me...that they 'make it right' !

xxx rattles like model T going over bumps

The Napleton team did a perfect job solving my Cadillac drive rattle. The repair (replaced all sway bars)indicates they are in interested doing a quality job. Driving out of the dealership my drive issue was solved (100% satisfied). The car was detailed to a level that was really appreciated. When leaving the dealer it was like the car was new again. The Cadillac ride is back. Coincidentally, I was also provided a current well equipped SUV loaner which I wanted to test drive.

Great services, clean facilities

I was greeted by Irv Bolthouse, Service Advisor. He was very knowledgeable about the service I needed. He has a pleasant and welcoming personality. The maintenance work performed by Bill was top notch, and my vehicle was ready in a timely fashion.
