Great service
Greg in service was extremely helpful. He checked to make sure my car was still under warranty, and he had the recall fixed. My car had been washed when I got it back. Kevin, who drove me home and back in the shuttle, was also very friendly and professional. My SRX runs great-I love it.

Excellent No Pressure Sales
I went to look at a used vehicle that was just listed in Cars.com and was greeted at the door by a very friendly chap. I inquired about the vehicle and he brought it out to the front of the store. He was quick to mention that it was in excellent condition except for a small dent on the tailgate. He told me about the owner and why they traded it in. I took a test drive the next day and because my salesman was off that day, another went with me and they let me drive 11 miles to my home so that I could see if it fit into my garage with my other car. I put a down payment on the vehicle a couple days later and completed the deal on Saturday, when I was more available. When I was picking the vehicle up, I had a friend give me a ride to the dealership and while I was getting the final papers, she came into the store and looked at a Subaru. She was previously interested in a Honda CRV but after looking at the Subaru, she became interested in the Forseter. My salesman was very kind to my friend too.

Easy to do business with
I was greeted by Irv and Mike the service reps. They were both aware of my service order. The mechanics make the repairs in fast order. As a plus my car was washed & my inside windows were cleaned too. It is nice to be treated as a client and not just another customer.
