Fast, competent and fast service.

The driver's door needed an adjustment. I went to the Service Dept. The Service Advisor was courteous and he had the car taken into the service area. They made the needed adjustment and washed my car. I was on my way within and hour. All this without an appointment.

Excellent sales and service people!!

We were very pleased with the attention we received when we purchased our Cadillac. It had been a demonstrator before we bought it. The second key could not be found, so they ordered one for us. I took the car in to the Service Dept. to have the key cut. They were very polite and helpful. The waiting lounge is beautiful, and the job didn't take very long. Several weeks after we purchased the car, I took the car to the dealership and our salesman showed me how to program the locks the way I want them. He was very patient and helpful.

No pressure buying and great service

Great sales people to work with when buying and answering questions after the sale. The service department has always been very helpful and understanding for both myself and my wife. We liked my wife's 2010 Subaru Forester so much, we bought two new Forester. I traded my Buick and have no regrets.

Purchased New 2014 Outback

Like some(many) people buying a car is not high on my 'fun' list, but my experience with Napleton of Rockford was exceptional. Was treated respectfully, questions answered and received a good car at a good price. A relative recommended the dealership for similiar reasons.

Service of Auto

Very happy both with the service rendered and the people I came in contact with. While waiting to have the work done I was able to wonder through the sales room without having a lot of people bugging me to buy another car. But when I did look puzzled someone did come up and ask if they could help.

Dealership Provides An Excellent Buyer Experience

The purchase process for our 2014 Forester could not have been any better. At no time did we feel pressured, all our requests for additional information were cheerfully provided, and we received a fair value for our trade-in. Our dealings with the Service Department have also been nothing but top notch.

The door opened for me when I pulled. The rest was that easy too. Prompt and courteous service. They were ready before the estimated time.

Great experience

Had a great experience purchasing my new Subaru. Did not have the high pressure tactics that another dealership gave me. Very knowledgable of the product. I am looking forward to having FREE car washes at the dealership.
