Really Really helpful!
I was in the market for a new Subaru. My daughter had purchased the Subaru Forester and told me what awesome mileage it got. I looked online and found Napleton had a Subaru dealership in Rockford. I called and the salesman was so helpful and was willing to come in on his day off to help me. The dealership was clean and everyone was professional. They were able to answer all my questions and in less than a week a car was delivered and all of the additional items were added. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends!

2015 Forester from Napleton Cadillac/Subaru
Our first experience with Napleton was when the "Saturn" brand was discontinued. Napleton's service department took very good care of our two Saturns. When it was time for a new car we looked at all of the available options before deciding to buy a Subaru Forester. Our salesman, Tim, was most helpful. He showed us several models and pointed out all of the different features. We have been dealing with Tim for over ten years. He has always been honest with us and has done everything within his power to make our car buying experiences pleasant. If you are looking for a new car, talk to Tim at Napleton's. You will be glad you did. We are looking forward to many trouble free years with Napleton's and our new Subaru Forester.

2014 outback
I hate to type so if i'am taking the time to type this my review must be really good or really bad.It's good. bruce and Todd made the process quick and easy.I only have a 120 miles on the outback so i'll have to get back to you the performance

Taking the time to get to know your dealer
I have been a customer of Rockford Napleton for many years now. I currently have a 2013 Impreza Sport Premium. By taking the time to get to know each other, I have had a great relationship with this Dealership. Sales, Service and Managers know me by name and I by theirs. I can talk to any of them and be assured they will take care of my needs and concerns. I still get a call now and then from my Sales person Tom, just to check up on the car (I've had it over a year). Service after the sale, I like that about Tom and Bruce.

Very Happy With Napleton Subaru
We purchased our Outback here in a very pleasant buying experience after being unhappy with the Subaru dealer in Aurora. This was 2 years ago and we have been pleased by our service visits (free car wash) and the friendly service manager and other employees. The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee pot is on with a variety of choices. It's fun to walk around and sit in the new Subarus and dream of one in our future but for now we are so happy with our Outback that we don't need to buy anything else.

Subaru Forester
I did a lot of on-line research to select the Forester. Consumers Reports rates it very high as do several other car mags. I almost passed on it because Car & Driver said the automatic didn't have a passing gear, but decided to drive it on I -90. Got behind a truck at about 65 mph and nailed it. Trust me, it doesn't need a passing gear. We bought it for my wife but we both love it. We got a fair trade in, I usually sell the old car my self, but decided to see what they could do. Our salesperson, Tim, was very helpful and there was never any pressure to make a sale and he made sure we understood every step of the transaction. I would rate him and the facility as 10's

Bought a 2014 Subaru Forester
I bought a 2014 Forester for Napleton's Subaru. Mike Price (salesman) was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us the vehicle, letting us test drive the vehicle, and answering any questions we had. He was fair in finding us the right vehicle for the right price. I would recommend working with him. The finance department needs some improvement. First, the individual presented us with a contract that was not for the original agreed upon price. I really hope that was an honest mistake. Once we informed him of it, he did correct it. Second, the quoted finance rate that we received was not what we were offered once we arrived to complete the deal. Only after voicing our complaints, did he give us a rate with a different bank that was within the range we were quoted. (We relied upon the quote in shopping for the best rate and why not give us the best rate to begin with?) Third, the individual did not appreciate the fact that we did not want to buy the extended warranty. We had to confirm with him multiple times that we did not want to purchase it and he made us feel uncomfortable for choosing not to purchase it. Overall, I would recommend this dealership; however, if you do have to deal with the finance department, make sure to review everything carefully before you sign on the dotted line.

I had a service issue with my SRX. Called Napelton and...
I had a service issue with my SRX. Called Napelton and received a quick answer and an appointment to fix the vehicle. Irv met me when I drove in and took care of all the issues with the car. Irv was very friendly. I had to have one item ordered and Irv called in a couple of days and replaced the item quickly.
