Napleton's is #1 in my book
Several years ago I bought my Subaru from Bruce at Napleton's. Our whole deal took less than 3 hours to complete. There was no pressure, they gave me a fair price for my Subaru trade in and a fair price on my new Outback. So when looking for a new car I went back to Napleton's . I first spoke to Scott the general manager, he told me when I was ready come in and we would discuss a lease and all the xxxxxxand con's. I went in at 10am talked to Jeff one of the salesman-fell in love with the car on the show room floor and drove out with my new car by 2pm.- They explained the lease process and how it benefited my situation. I would recommend Napleton's to anyone looking for a Subaru. Not only are their salesman top notch but my Subaru repair service rep Mike P. is very helpful whenever I have a service question or need my vehicle serviced.

Napleton Subaru-Rockford
Salesman (Tim) met us at the door. We told him what we were looking for and he took us out for a test drive. No pressure. We returned a couple of weeks later, got a no hassle price and made the deal. When the car came in Tim went over all the functions of the car, we drove it home and are happy customers. Easy car buying.

2014 Forester
We had researched several vehicles and decided to purchase the 2014 Subaru Forester. Our buying experience was enhanced by the wonderful customer service we received from Michael Price. Although they were very busy on that last day of the year, Michael spent quality time with us to assure we had the car we wanted and the information we needed. Great group... low pressure sales
I knew I was looking for a Subaru, trading in a Cadillac. I dealt with Clay, and received low pressure, honesty, humor, and respect as a woman. The dealership was very friendly, clean, timely and easy to deal with in general. I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price without any dancing. I look forward to working with this group.

Bought a Subaru
I had a hybrid that had just had its second hybrid battery installed at 28K miles. Was not looking toward the future with happiness. Looked at Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai and Subaru. The salesman was very low pitch, very helpful, straight forward, appeared to love the cars he sold. Listened. The dealership was busy, the facilities clean and efficient, people appeared to be getting service quickly. I was pleased with everything.

We received excellent service at Napleton Subaru. We have dealt with Clay in the past and we will continue to follow him. He has been very honest and very courteous. He has always made us feel at home. He worked very hard to find us a Subaru. I am not any easy person to please and he found just what I asked for and had it delivered in a very minimal amount of time. He even came out to my place of business to install my all weather mats before our big ice storm in the Midwest. I so very happy we met him years ago and I look forward to visiting him often. Napleton Subaru has a great asset in Clay and they are very lucky to have him. He knows his product very well.
