Needs lower than 1 star review

DO NOT come to this dealership. After calling about a vehicle on their website for days someone finally reached out to me. I was told the truck was there, the next day I called back to make sure before I went. I was told I needed an appointment they scheduled me for 1:30 pm with a guarantee to see the truck. when I arrived at 1, I was informed someone had randomly stopped and was buying the truck as we spoke. I understand cars get sold at car lots but why was I told I needed an appointment but clearly, I did not and could have bought the truck days previous but waited on my appointment as instructed. It is beyond unprofessional they wasted my time, my money, and lost every customer I'm able to steer clear of Coughlin motors.

Don't buy at Coughlin Newark

Daughter bought a car, next day it quit 3 times. Took to autozone diagnostic showed 2 codes,1 was a sensor,2nd catalyic converter. Nick said bring it back and his mechanic would check it.He said a bad sensor would kick both codes out. Said they would fix it at cost. Charged her 400. Next day it quit and autozone said catalyic converter. Nick told us the day before pick up, theyd check it over good and anything minor they'd fix,anything major they would give her money back. She called Nick again,and he said no he wouldn't honor what he said. Said we couldn't prove it didn't happen the 2 days she had it. They are what gives car salesmen a bad name.

2020 Equinox

A job well done by service department. Think a lot of Andy Jones . Would not buy from anyone else. Really nice person.
