Awesome people that truly care

I have been a client of michaels auto for a couple of yrs now, each time they get better and better. I was able to purchase my dream car with them for a great price. HIGHLY recommended

Has gone down hill

I've bought two cars from this dealer in the past without a problem, as a satisfied customer I thought I'd try them one more time. I'd decided to trade out of my current car in hopes of a family sedan or SUV. I was hoping to receive the same professional treatment as before but instead I was given the run around from the beginning. They mislead the customer letting them think they can choose the vehcile of their liking and are misinformed on that they will do anything to get you that specific vehicle. Instead time after time they kept trying to get me into a different vehicle, I was given different information over down payment and monthly payments on the same vehicle. Their only interest was to get me in a vehicle they thought was best without considering my opinion. This time I was definitely an unsatified customer. This place has changed tremendously. Long story short I'll never consider this dealer again and if asked who I'd recommend for a good preowned car I'd most definitely recommend staying away from this place.

Amazing!!

Could not have asked for a better experience! Rick is a phenomenal sales person, and they really did jump through hoops to help us out when other dealerships couldn't. Cleanest Cars in Orlando

I was in the market for a used BMW 3-series and visited several dealerships across Orlando. In my experience, you tend to find one of two things: either cheap prices on beat up, previously-wrecked cars, or high prices on clean low mileage cars. Michaels Autos was the only place I found a really nice collection of clean carfax, well-maintained, and well cared for vehicles at or below market prices. I'm very particular when it comes to vehicles... almost obsessively so. I couldn't believe how many near-perfect used luxury cars they had on the lot. And better yet... all at competitive prices. I worked with Ahmad Karain who was not only nice to deal with, but he knows his cars. His personal cars were all BMWs and Mercedes and Audis like what he sells. In other words, he eats his own cooking. So he's very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each model and what to look for in each. I wan't planning on buying the day I visited, but they made me a deal too good to pass up and were able to line up financing in less than an hour so I moved on it. I'm really happy with my BMW and would recommend Michaels Autos to any fellow car enthusiast looking for a super clean used vehicle at a good price.

Great Experience

The staff was very kind and inviting towards me. There was no doubt the group has experience in the field of auto sales. Ahmad Karain was very patient with me while I got things together that I had not done prior to arriving. I left and came back for some questions I had and they were as kind and professional like the moment I had met them. Nothing but praises for this group.

Fantastic!!!

A Dealer You Can Trust

Certainly the best experience I've ever had with any dealership. I first discovered Michaels Auto through CarGurus when I came across an unbelievable price for a 2015 BMW 640i M Sport with only 12k miles and a pristine CarFax. Honestly, there was a growing sense of skepticism when I realized it was a private BMW dealer and not a 'commercial' BMW dealership chain like I was used to seeing. But the excellent reviews put me at ease. Once I contacted Michaels Auto, I received a call and an email from Ahmad. He was extremely personable and helpful from the very beginning and his demeanor was consistent throughout the entire process. He answered all of my complex and cumbersome questions regarding the trade-in of my 435i and how that would apply toward the 640i. I had A LOT of questions. And rightfully so because this was a big purchase. He answered them all cheerfully. I cannot stress to you enough how much patience he had. He put absolutely no pressure on me to buy. (Possibly because their deals are so good that their cars will sell fast anyway lol). Most of our communication was via email because I would be at work and unable to use my phone. That was no issue for him. When I told him I wanted to go forward with the purchase and that I was on my way to the dealership two days later, he handled all the preliminary paperwork so that the process would be much smoother and quicker. Once I arrived at the dealership, my wife and I were greeted by a very chipper Ahmad who was eager to help get the deal done. (Ahmad is one-speed all the time. If you go with Michaels Auto you will understand just how genuine, helpful, and kind he is). The 640i was immaculate and in amazing condition. I was completely blown away by it. I couldn’t believe the car was 10k under the MSRP. I could easily write another paragraph or two talking about the car, but this is about how superb the associates were. Back to the financial aspect: there was more to be done before we would seal the deal on the 435i trade-in and financing of the 640i. My 435i trade-in was a rather painless process. However, I was consolidating my loan from the 435i into the 640i with hopes of as little negative equity as possible. It took the Sales Management team with Keenan and Frank negotiating with several credit unions over several hours. Just when things looked dire and I wouldn’t be able to get a lender, they were able to come through with a great interest rate and I was able to sign and drive away that day. The Sales Team put their all into getting the vehicle financed for me and I owe them a special thanks. Everyone at the dealership was very personable and helpful and I definitely recommend Michaels Auto to anyone interested in a trusted and reliable vehicle purchase. A+ 5/5 stars.

Excellent

"I saw my car in Auto Trader and although not a dealer of new cars Michael's was the only dealer offering the exact kind of car I was searching for and thus there was no negotiating the particulars. I spoke with "Amad" on the phone and decided I would view the car. Amad was knowledgeable about the workings of the car and showed me how each of them worked-and there were a lot of them on this luxury car. All in all I found Amad to present in a professional and courteous manner and I felt entirely comfortable speaking with him. I was surprised to find a dealer of high end automobiles located in an area of Orlando populated by used car dealers selling "used cars". I rate Michael's top shelf and I give Amad top marks as well. Looks are DECEIVING!!

Looks are deceiving!!! Driving through Michaels Auto made me decide to turn around because the dealership is a small building surrounded by luxury automobiles like their other neighboring dealerships, but followed my instinct of going through and check them out. I was extremely satisfied with the services that was provided to me and my wife. Such professionalism and willingness to assist with our vehicle needs. The staff might not have uniforms and name tags like other dealerships, but they exceeded my expectations. We were treated like family, no sales pitch or pressure whatsoever, but trying to understand our needs versus our wants. Friendliness and courtesy is second no none, and I cannot explain how thankful we are for receiving such outstanding service from John & Ahman all the way to their service manager who went through some vehicle details. I am completely and extremely satisfied with purchasing my 2014 BMW 428i from MICHAELS AUTO. They sell all makes and models but mainly sell luxury vehicles with great pricing. I will definitely make the long trip to go to their dealership for our next vehicle purchase. This Is so far MY BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!!
