Owner does care about his clients

Right after the purchase I had some issues and needed help from the dealership. At first the sales person did not provide the service I expected but when the owner found out he put someone else in charge of my case and the promptly resolved everything. They did more than I expected then.

Condescending attitude from Salesman Ken

When I questioned him about the fees for the tag, he told me that " Maybe this car is out of your price range"... That is far from the truth, but maybe he just didn't like me pointing out that fee was too high for a new tag for a corolla. Whatever. I recommend sticking with a reputable name brand dealership if you're going to pay 1000.00 in dealer fees anyway. At least at those places you know they actually recondition the car for that charge and try to sell you a car even if you don't want to finance. This place must make their money selling loans for high interest rates and dont want cash buyers apparently.

Our tag fees are a replica of the DMV charges, we just try to make it easy and process onsite for you. Our $799 dealer fee is similar to most dealers in our area. Amazing services

I had the best experience when I recently just purchased my new jeep from Michaels Autos. They have the best customer service. It was the first car that I bought without assistance from my parents and they treated me like family and talked me through the entire process. I would highly recommend them (and I actually do often) to my family and friends.

Treated Like Family

Ken was incredibly helpful in my car buying process. I needed to do a trade in and needed it fast. Ken got me the car I LOVE at market price with exceptional finance options. Ken did all the work, I showed up and drove away with my car in no time. I will not bring my business any where else in Orlando. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They really take care of you.

They really take care you here. I was really impressed with how well you can tell they care about your concerns and interest. I went to Mikes interested in one car but after speaking with Ken, he showed me another car that I never even thought about. After driving the car he recommended, it changed my opinion on what I thought I wanted. I told my story to all my friends and will certainly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a car.
