Morgyn Bailey is the best salesperson I have ever had to

Morgyn Bailey is the best salesperson I have ever had to deal with. I've bought many cars in my life and if they were remotely close to her personality I would have bought more. Dealing with this young lady we felt like we were buying from someone we've known for years. Very upfront, relaxed and casual. Do yourself a favor and ask for this lady when you're there. The Ken Nelson dealership should be thankful for her and proud of her. She deserves 4 of the 5 stars in this rating. THANKS Morgyn.

I recently had the best experience purchasing a used

I recently had the best experience purchasing a used vehicle from Ken Nelson Auto. I test drove a new arrival that hadn't had an inspection yet. Before I purchased the vehicle that day, the service department took care of the brakes and a recall item to make sure my vehicle was in its best condition for me to buy. Justin and Hope took care of the sale and loan details, and I found them to be honest, friendly, and great communicators. I even had great interactions with the individual in the parts and accessories department who took my order, called me when the accessories came in, and even carried them out to my vehicle for me. This was my first time shopping at Ken Nelson Auto, and I was highly satisfied. I know I will purchase all my future vehicles from Ken Nelson if they continue to maintain this level of excellence. We need more car dealerships like this one.

This was my third vehicle purchased from Ken Nelson.

This was my third vehicle purchased from Ken Nelson. The price was fair, the procedure went well, everyone was polite and professional. The sales rep, Chris Morgan, spent several months looking for a vehicle that would fit my needs. With his patience, one was found. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. He did a great job finding mine. I'm happy with the purchase and driving the vehicle is quite an experience with all the new technology on it.

I went to work one morning and didn’t realize I had a

I went to work one morning and didn’t realize I had a flat until I had other employees asking what my vehicle looked like. Once I confirmed it was unfortunately mine, I reached out to Ken Nelson who was able to pick up my vehicle at my work, put my spare on, take it to their shop, fix my tire (plugged and not replaced!), return my vehicle to my work and sent me an invoice to pay after I got off work. It was like it never even happened and they took care of all the hassle for me! Could have been a really bad day trying to figure that all out after a 13 hour shift. They have amazing customer service! And I didn’t even have to get a new tire! 10/10 recommend!

Lowest Stay away from drew and this place will be a better place. Yells. Threatens screams like a 12 year old girl on a Temper tantrum and this needs to be known. Honest interaction. General manager Chad great guy and delegator

We purchased a new Traverse. Morgyn Bailey was our sales rep and did a great job of walking us thought the process and getting us taken care of. Also answered question we had later after the sale.
