Very simple. I made an inquiry to purchase vin 5N1AZ2BS9MC119444. They didn't follow up. Revenue just walked out their door, and they don't seem to care.

2017 Nissan Murano with Low Miledge

I was looking to buy local to support our community and people who work at Ken Nelson. Didn’t really need another car but my 2013 Nissan Murano’s value was at the premium point to get a good trade-in towards a newer one. Gave Ron Stephenitch my sales person a call. I asked him if he had anything newer but not brand new. He called me back right away and had just what I was looking for. 2017 Nissan Murano near brand new condition. It had low mileage and the price was close to what I was looking for. After discussions, we found the perfect deal! It’s so clean I don’t want to drive it! Thanks Ken Nelson for finding exactly what I was looking for.

Awesome Dealership

I was not able to purchase a new car from KNAG but I would very highly RECOMMEND the store and the treatment I received as a customer. I felt very bad, but the reason I did not buy was the price. I worked Clayton in finance and Blake in sales and they both were two outstanding professionals in the business.I will highly recommend working with Blake and Clayton.

Do not buy from Ken Nelson Auto

They sell uninspected vehicles full of problems then blame the buyer. They talk young buyers out of buying the extended warranty just to make the payment amount look better. They will not stand behind the used vehicles they sell. I believe they knew the truck we bought had major engine issues and sold it to us anyhow. The owner even admitted to me after I brought the problems to their attention that the truck should never have been offered for sale and should have been sent to auction but then said our mechanical issues were caused by us. We got to drive our $15,000 purchase for 28 days and the engine blew up. $8,000 in repairs on our dime and 2 1/2 months without a truck and we finally have it back. We have bought a few other vehicles from them but NEVER again!

Non stressful buying experience

All good from start to finish...

Purchased my new 2020 Equinox this past week and as always the entire process was excellent from start to finish. Justin provided friendly and professional sales service as I test-drove four different vehicles. Justin answered all questions and helped me in every way. Rick provided very reasonable and welcome quotes on two of the vehicles I was interested in and the trade-in quote was excellent. And, of course, it was nice to get a warm greeting from Rick while I was there. After I made my purchase, the delivery process was smooth and efficient. I have bought my Chevrolet vehicles from Ken Nelson for many years and this type of customer service -- friendly, professional, pressure-free and with great overall savings -- is why I continue to drive a few more miles to buy my Chevrolet vehicles from Ken Nelson...and will do so again for my next vehicle and the one after that!

Graye Freeman is the best!

I needed to trade out of my current vehicle, and didn’t know what I wanted. After a few questions, Graye started focusing on cars that would fill my needs. He made some suggestions for makes I hadn’t considered, and I found the perfect car. Graye knows his cars and has patience. He isn’t pushy and let’s a customer ask questions and take their time making a decision. If he doesn’t have an answer to a question, he gets the information so the customer isn’t left hanging. He goes out of his way to provide complete service.
