We were able to work with Mr.

We were able to work with Mr. Peter Powers for the second time to buy a new car. He was amazing and not judgmental or pushy on the sale. He helped my husband find an amazing truck within our price range and our preferences (and let me tell you, we are picky). The sale only took a couple of hours and he great and efficiently with our active family. We would recommend Peter to any and all that are seeking a new or used vehicle.

Ken Nelson Auto group is one of the best dealers from whom I’ve purchased a car in over fifty years. Austin and Kyle were cooperative, helpful, and professional at each phase of the transaction on a 2023 Nissan Rogue SL. Kyle communicated with by email in a timely, precise, and concise manner. Austin delivered the car to our home in Freeport after having it attended to as part of the deal. He demonstrated everything he could about the car’s interior features to my wife in a patient way. A week after we took ownership, Austin placed a courtesy follow-up call that was much appreciated. Look no further than Ken Nelson in Dixon. You’ll be happy you did! 5 stars.

Great place to do business with!

Great place to do business with! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an honest auto dealership. . Everyone that I worked with were so very nice and down to earth. It was such a pleasant change from the other dealers. I will definitely return for another purchase when the time comes.

My parents and I had a great first experience at Ken Nelson. The staff really made an effort to know our budget, wants, and needs in a vehicle and really tried hard to have us leave with something we would love. Chris, Jamie, and Brett were all super helpful throughout the entire process.

We bought a car purchased the extended warranty for a

We bought a car purchased the extended warranty for a Nissan rogue the sales guy made it clear for repairs with this warranty we need it to be serviced here....had a bad sensor had it towed there from in town part got replaced a few days later same problem happens as before but we're in rockford so going by what the sales man said we had it towed to dixon $300 bill because we were under the impression it HAD to be serviced at ken nelson....the service guy explained that was not true....great so he said it was the same part and Nissan would cover $130 and that was guaranteed and that the service manager would just have to sign off on it. A few MONTHS later we call no call back so we stop in just to have the manager tell us ohh sorry I was just about to call you...IM SURE either way sorry dont see that happening and basically found out everyone here Is just spinning us and will lie to your face about customer service first and last car I plan to buy from this place....don't bother!!!

Trying to steal trades

Contacted via Cars.com, to check on a 3500 SLE. Sales person called and we spoke about what I was trying to accomplish. I sent him pictures of my trade, the vin number etc. his manager put a number on my trade that was laughable. Needless to say, I won’t do business with them. I also sent him comparable used vehicles so he could see what the market was, but the guy has blinders on.
