Excellent no pressure sales agent.

Excellent no pressure sales agent. Very knowledgeable. Spent the time answer all our questions and setup all the safety features and android connection in the car. Highly recommended.

I dropped off my 2022 Toyota sienna with 20 K miles for

I dropped off my 2022 Toyota sienna with 20 K miles for an oil change. Upon picking up the vehicle After starting, it sounded like a tractor trailer. I went back inside, spoke to the service adviser and after they checked the oil gauge, there was no oil in the engine. The tech forgot to put oil. This could have damaged my engine I’m not sure how someone can be this incompetent. Anyways, to make a long story short, the service manager offered a free oil change in the future. This just does not reside well. I had also requested the customer relations manager to return my call After receiving the survey , but so far I have not heard from anyone.

I came for the rear camera recall on my Crown.

I came for the rear camera recall on my Crown. It should have taken 1.5-2hours. I was told after 90 mins I needed a new tire, fine. 2 hours hours later I had to ask about the status and was taken to see my car. it was obvious the work had just been done on the camera and the new tire was not yet mounted. I also had requested help with my Remote app which wouldn't connect. The tech said they needed half an hour to address this but the service rep had not told them I needed this help. I couldn't wait. 4.5 hours after I arrived I left with no resolution on the Remote app. Poor communication. Clearly my car wasn't addressed until hours after I arrived. Very poor experience and it will cause me to think twice about service at TOH.

I was told I needed to change the air & cabin filter and when I said no , I will do it myself - they left the filter open.

I had a 5 star experience with Toyota of Hackensack. Kellen Tavarez, my salesman went above and beyond on my behalf. Kellen is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Kellen made purchasing a vehicle a quick, easy process. Very grateful!

I wish I didn’t have to come all the way to New Jersey to

I wish I didn’t have to come all the way to New Jersey to get these prices and simple buying process but here we are. No other dealer gave me the lowest price upfront with out haggling or sitting down in an intense back and forth battle of the wills where the salesman goes back to talk to their manager. One dealer said flat out “if you want our best price you have to come in and sit down and negotiate with my me so I can talk to my manager and get you the best deal”. They said “nobody is going to give you their best price over the phone. When you have a toddler with special needs that type of situation is completely impossible to do so that does not work and I honestly think it’s not cool to do that to customers anyway. Fortunately I got the lowest proce at Toyota Hackensack, offered online with options included like 2 years service and TLP included. They even offers to deliver it to me in long island but I was able to come and get it. Thank you!
