Toyota of Hackensack

I am VERY disappointed because I just received an email that I need another appointment for further service . Why didn't" your perform this service while my car was there for my 80,000 mile checkup ?????? I AM VERY UNHAPPIY ABOUT THIS.

As usual very easy to make appointment, check in, and pickup. Everyone polite, helpful and cost was very good.

I worked with Jeff who made sure he understood my budget, asked specific questions about my needs, he worked with urgency, demonstrated great attention to detail, was focused and kind. Plus, I got a good price for my Highlander trade in. Jeff did more than hear me, he listened and I drove off with a Sequoia. Not only am I a Toyota-loyalist, but I will be back to see Jeff when my son gets his license!
