I usually have a good experience at this dealership.
I usually have a good experience at this dealership. I had an appointment with Ana at first. She was unable to keep it. I found out when I got to the dealership. Not a problem. I was given another sales person, them he quit. I was not told until I called to confirm my appointment. I did not want to show up again and have to start over. I was sent back to Ana. She just did not seem to be on her game. I felt like she was not clear with the information she was given or just not interested. I felt like if I was buying a new car instead of buying out my lease, it may of been different. I have been using this dealership for years. I will continue with them. I am not sure what happened this time. I have to say, the service department is excellent not sure what is happening in the sales department.

One of the most difficult scenarios is to try to pickup where someone else has left off. It's always a difficult transition for both the customer and the sales associate.
