They sold me a defective truck.

They sold me a defective truck. They blamed rodent eating the wires. 1 yr later the the wiring went again and they blamed rodent eating the wires again. They promised me photos. Never received them. I made second request and still haven’t received the photos. One week later after they “fixed” the wirering for the second time, the lights on the dashboard were back on. I’ll never go there again and I will continue to tell everyone how badly they treated me and sold me a defective vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, rats and squirrels chewing through wires is something we have seen over the years. Depending on where the vehicle is parked, rats and squirrels do tend to nest in vehicles since it is warmer inside. Perhaps if parking the vehicle in a slightly different location is possible, you might see less frequency of this happening? We did e-mail pictures of the wires to you on 4/9. Since multiple pictures were attached, we can only assume it went to spam? If there is an issue with the warning lights coming back on from any work we performed, we would be happy to address the issue. We stand 100% behind the work we provide our service customers.

First time purchasing a car. Paulo was extremely helpful in answering my questions. He made my first time purchasing a car a great experience and I would recommend him to others.

Had to return my tacoma because there was oil dripping

Had to return my tacoma because there was oil dripping all over the place on my garage floor.....went back and they took care of it...wiped it all down

I was assigned a service rep who seemed disengaged and

I was assigned a service rep who seemed disengaged and unresponsive to my follow-up attempts after a mechanic left a voicemail recommending urgent repairs. Despite calling and texting, I received no reply. When I arrived an hour before closing to pick up my car, there was no visible staff available to assist or process the additional work, which left me no choice but to seek repairs elsewhere. This was disappointing, especially given my long-standing loyalty and the distance I travel to use this dealership.

Looked out for my best interest and knew exactly what I

Looked out for my best interest and knew exactly what I was looking for. He had everything set for me when I came to get the car. All I had to do is sign paperwork and call the insurance company.
