Excellent service and response when I arrived. Sang was more the helpful and kept me informed on everything. Waiting room was pleasant and coffee with pastry was a nice surprise. Spoke to Josh a sales rep and even that was a pleasant surprise! He was more then helpful with my questions and was eager to help.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!
We had just left the Hyundai dealership in Westlake Village, honestly underwhelmed. Joshua Vafee opened the door to your dealership, welcoming us in. He asked the important questions right away: What model are you looking for? Is your credit score 720 or above? What do you want your monthly payment to be? We answered all the questions, went for a test drive & came up with a perfect deal for us. We didn't even have my trade in with us, Joshua came with me to our house in Oak Park and took it away! AMAZING service & experience from start to finish. We think the world of Arthur Alexander, your finance man as well. He did not try to "sell" us on anything. I have already recommended your dealership to 4 people this morning. Bragging about how well we were treated.

Quick, Professional Service
Sang greeted me quickly and assessed the service I needed. He was very friendly and professional and gave me an accurate estimate of the time my service would take. He also offered a service discount as I did not have any available coupons. Mostly, I appreciated that he did not try to oversell me on service I did not need. I felt comfortable that the service he suggested was what was best for my vehicle. Finally, the service was completed in a reasonable amount of time.
