Admin Assistant

First and Foremost I would like to give the highest credit to our salesman, Sid Khan who worked for my family to get a deal done. Mr. Khan was the perfect salesman; from returning our phone calls, to opening car doors for my family, even parking two Kia Optimas side-by-side so we can compare the EX to LX models and finally walking me over to the Service Department to introduce me to the Service manager so I am familiar once I need to bring my vehicle for future service. Secondly, I want to thank Johnny in Finance and the special KIA rebates for also making the deal possible. I went to other dealerships and no one was willing to work with my budget due to the negative equity I had in my Audi trade in. My family is growing with a newborn daughter, to a new house purchase, we needed to trade our Audi A3 for a more price-efficient vehicle without giving up on the safety features. The KIA Optima EX gives my family what we wanted in features and more in a price that was more affordable for me. I am really hoping this will be a great vehicle for me and my family and will be able to hold its value in the future.

Great service

Jimmy was diligent about getting to the root up the problem with my vehicle. My car was kept there overnight and Jimmy contacted me several times throughout the thirty or so hours to keep me posted.

Great service rep, fantastic communication

The pre-service communication was excellent. I received a phone message and email reminding me of the appointment. I took my car the night before and they accepted it without question. Jimmy in the service dept was professional, called me when he said he would, and made me feel very comfortable with the suggested repairs. Top marks for his customer service approach.

Low key and respectful sales team

Straight forward and fast. No high pressure sales. Very respectful communication. I appreciated that they did not try to sell me extra unneeded accessories to bump up the payment. Tim E. was very helpful and spent lots of time with us.
