Great service

My car was serviced in a timely manner. My service writer whom I've used since I bought the car from 1st Kia is always very pleasant and helpful. He makes sure my overall experience is good.

Great service

Since you moved to the booths outside the experience seems seamless. Robyn kept me informed throughout the day. It was the best experience in service I have had yet.

Prompt, friendly, quality service

Quality work was done on car during this and all previous visits. (I now have over 100,000 miles on my Sorrento and all maintenance has been done by First Kia.) Staff is consistently friendly and helpful.

Very satisfied Customer!

Jimmy was amazingly helpful. I wish I had come to him when I needed my timing belt done. But my brakes are fixed, no more shaking!! LIFE IS GOOD, AGAIN & SAFE!!

Standard oil change and Computer Update

I had the oil changed and an upgrade to the computer in my car. Robyn knew me by name which impressed me immensely. The only down fall, I went home and after over two hours at home waiting for a call, I had not received one so went to the dealership for a status. It was just about 10-15 minutes more and my car was done.
