Awesome customer service

Everyone was very nice and helpful and they didn't stop until I got what I wanted.I was able to go on to test drives and the customer service was excellent and I wasn't mauled by a bunch of sales people it was a it was a wonderful experience

Great Service

All were very helpful and not pushy about selling additional items. Staff explained all issues brief and clearly. Finance Manager worked to get me the best interest rate possible.

Great service, clean facility, speedy service

I arrived at my appointment time of 8:15 am the guy(I think his name was Jim) who checked me in, was absolutely professional and nice. There was no need to ask any other questions because he answered everything. He offered free refreshments, tv and wifi and even a free car wash. WOW! He also gave me an estimated 2hr time frame which I was ok with, but lucky for me my car was serviced within an 1hr 15 min. he checked me out and I was on my way. Thanks Again jim and Kia of Simi Valley!

Service and problem solving

Robyn Evans is our go to person. She does everything she can to make sure all is taken care of. The problem, I always have my lights on Auto, the sensor was not detecting cloudy rainy days, so my lights would not come on. The law states lights need to be on when using windshield wipers. I had to switch to manual to turn lights on. However, the sensor would turn lights on sometimes in bright sunny days. We had to have our photo sensor replaced. We are monitoring it to see if all the problems are solved. I am rating them excellent on quality of repairs, hoping we don't have to go to plan B to take care of this issue. Stay tuned.

Great service, friendly.

Honest, straightforward and felt good leaving the car to be serviced. Called when the car was done. Friendly staff, they even washed my car.
