My favorite mechanics fosho

I liked how the staff is friendly and competent at the front desk, especially Robyn - she has always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and nice, and I also really like that the mechanics are thorough in doing their jobs and the prices are very good. If I did not trust that the mechanics were doing a good job then I wouldn't bring my car there but I do l really do think they are great. I really appreciate that you guys have a nice waiting area with coffee, donuts, TV, and especially bottled water. Last time I hung out outside because it was raining and really nice outside so I am glad that you guys have multiple seating options outside under an overhang as well. Last but definitely not least I really like that you guys do a multi point inspection every time I bring my car in for an oil change. That is extremely helpful and it's good to make sure everything else on the car is safe. My fiance has a Ford unfortunately or else I would bring her car to you guys as well!

It started with a salesperson named Angela Jones. She was everything I needed. I had not planned on buying a KIA product and she convinced me. Unfortunately, she was not working the day I returned, but Sid Khan did a good job of selling as well. I think I might have paid a little too much for the car, but no complaints. I am sure that your service will make me forget the price.

Great Customer Service. Not so great pricing.

Jimmy was extremely attentive and took care of me when I needed help. I like how detailed he was and how fast I got my car back. 5/5 for Jimmy, 3/5 for the dealership's service offering (see below). Averages out to 4/5.
