Great customer service

Jimmy was my service rep. He was courteous and professional. He had my car finished on time and called me when my service was completed. Also I was able to have the recall done at the same time as my oil change so therefore I did not have to give my car up a second time. The staff was courteous, kind and efficient. My sales guy Jesse was also available to answer a question I had about the functionality of my dashboard. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Good Work, Nice People

Nice people. Had some road damage to our Optima and they really spent time to understand the damage, work with our insurance company, and get it repaired right.

car repair

Our service agent, I believe her name was Robin, was very friendly and helpful, it was a good experience, except for the call center. They gave me some mis-information.

Always a good experience. Never pressured.

Always friendly and professional staff especially Robyn and Vince. They are very respectful. Enjoy seeing staff and shuttle driver who is very personable.

Fantastic Experience

Very pleasant experience. Never felt pushed or rushed. Got exactly what we wanted for the exact price we were looking for. Employees are super friendly. Transaction time was minimal. First KIA of Simi Valley is about 60 miles from where I live, it was totally worth the drive. Will definitely reccommed First KIA of Simi Valley to others.
