Service writer Sang, very courteous and professional. My oil change service was prompt and included even washing the vehicle. Overall, service was great.

Exceptional Service & great customer service

Everyone s very professional and takes the time to help you with any issue you might have. I appreciate that since there is no shuttle back to Newbury Park that you get me out as soon as possible each time I bring in my car.

1st KIa Provides Excellent Service

I was early. At least 3 different people came by to ask me if I was being helped. The persons who helped me interacted with me, they did so with good knowledge of what I could do to speed the drop-off along. Later, they texted and then called to tell me what had been done. I authorized a couple of filter changes, and later picked up my car. EVERYTHING WAS WELL DONE!

Great service

Took vehicle in for scheduled oil change. Service writer was polite and courteous. Vehicle was serviced and washed. I waited for the vehicle at the lounge area. Service was done in a timely manner.

Your service department & manager are unrespectiful and...

Your service department & manager are unrespectiful and treat women like they are nothing. I asked to speak to a supervisor & he was rude, would not let me talk & just walked away. What kind of customer service is that? If I was a man he would NOT have done that! You should review his work ethics. He gets paid way too much for what he does.
