Purchase was great
Purchasing went very fast and smooth. All options were explained and all questions answered. Car I was driving is 31 years old, in large part because I didn't want to deal with going to a buy a new car. The dealership was great and I don't regret finally making another purchase.

From February through May of 2020 they refused to perform
From February through May of 2020 they refused to perform an engine fire safety recall on my car; they kept blaming "server issues". When my engine began making noise last month I asked about coverage for the work performed and they lied to me- they said there was none at all. I found the recall notice with the correct terms and brought it in, their service rep Sang refused to even look at it. When I persisted, service manager Greg got involved and his contribution was hostility. He lectured about the length of his workday and the number of appointments they had. He called me a child and then refused to give his own name. Collectively their entire service department prioritized their own convenience over the safety issues their own work failed to resolve.

Great Service and Price!
Fast service without an appointment. They quickly isolated the problem we were having and gave a detailed explanation of how they were going to fix it. They gave me a courtesy ride home and had our car fixed the same day. Great service and price!
