First KIA

Greg in service provided me with detailed information when I called about the issue I was having with my car. Brian was my service advisor and he, too, provided me with detailed information and took the time to answer all of my questions in depth. Both men are friendly and professional. I have had my KIA since 2012 and I will keep it for many years to come because it has been a reliable car that is fun to drive. With this outstanding service department, my car will be well maintained.

Fantastic shop - we have bought 5 Souls from 1st K

The shop is more like a family shop than just a dealership. This is the second car we have bought from Jessie Trujillo and the 5th Kia Soul we have bought from here. When we need another, we will again ask for Jessie and will go back here. We have all our service done here as well - fantastic shop!!

First KIA

The entire experience was an unexpected pleasure. My salesman, Noah, greeted me immediately on my arrival, and proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Noah was personable, very patient and attentive to me. He made the test drive and purchase experience so easy that I had no hesitation in deciding to purchase the vehicle the same day.

Love My Kia Sorento

Not pushy, informative, professionalism, wasn’t stressful at all. First time buying a vehicle that I didn’t feel traumatized during the process! Everyone was great especially our salesman Noah.

Worst service department I’ve been to.

Service department is the absolute worst I have ever seen. I took my car in to them in March. They said I needed to replace my rear main seal as it was leaking. They said the part should be here within a week, two weeks go by no call. So I call and they tell me it's still not there. Once the part arrived, they set an appointment. I dropped the car off for the service appointment and was told we should have our car within a few days repaired and good to go! A few hours after dropping it off I get a call saying "you can come pick up your car it's not priority, we have other cars that we need to do first. We are going to put you in a couple weeks from now". My thought was why even have me come in to drop off my car if you had other cars ahead of me and can't get me in for another couple of weeks? Just to waste my time? Now having been 2 months from initial visit. We waited until the next appointment 4/27 (Wednesday) when we dropped it off AGAIN. We were told the same story of it should be a few days and should be ready by that Friday we contacted the dealership Monday after not hearing anything over the weekend and we were told it will now be ready by Wednesday. By now having been given the runaround more than once, we were a little irritated but stuff happens. We then called Wednesday and were told it will now be ready by Friday. Now here we are Friday we called AGAIN and now we are being told Tuesday next week. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible business. I am BEYOND disappointed and irritated at this service department. Something needs to be done because this is absolutely unreal.

Had a positive, fast and easy Telluride purchase.

First Kia did a deal with me over the phone - and the deal didn't change on arrival or signing. No other dealers would do that. Everyone I dealt with from Juan my salesperson to Sid my tech and inspection guide to Henry the finance manager were kind, patient and honest. No deal switching, no pressure. I've never bought a car and left the dealership in good spirits. That happened here and I was shocked. I arrived for war, but left feeling good about them and my purchase. Amazing....
