Best dealership experience!

Best dealership experience! No gimmicks, just great deals. Kajuan my salesman was great! Easy going with no pressure, just let his deals speak for themselves!

I had a fantastic experience at Dean McCrary Kia.

I had a fantastic experience at Dean McCrary Kia. I’ve been shopping for a car for a few weeks. Test drove several SUV’s and when I came here I knew I had made the right decision. My Sales person, Johnathan was very professional and helpful and helped me clear my concerns about purchasing a Kia. In fact, I love my new Telluride. This whole team here is top notch. They believe in customer service and will make sure that you are happy with your new vehicle. Very impressive and yes, I will be back for my next car.

Our salesman 100% recommend!

Our salesman 100% recommend! Their finance guy! ABSOLUTELY NOT! we were over charged 2k and they claim it’s a national mark up. Tell me why no other Kia dealership in Mississippi currently has a mark up! No that finance guy is just ripping people off left and right and getting richer every sale! We weren’t told about this mark up before we purchased! It’s our fault for not looking for signing but I’ll definitely never use them again or recommend!

We had problems that was suppose to be fix BEFORE we bout

We had problems that was suppose to be fix BEFORE we bout the vehicle home. We kept taking it to the dealership then getting calls about what we needed servicing - there was a great lack of communications between our Salesman and the automotive department. However, after a month of calling calling calling the issues were fixed. I would say do your research and read ALL reviews before making a decision. I think that they have some areas that needs work but I must say they may have gotten tired of me calling each day and fixed my problems.

I had a great experience.

I had a great experience. The sell consultant and other member of the Dean McCrary team was very knowledgeable, kind. They explained everything to me word for word. They never got impatient with me from my point view. The sell consultant went above and beyond his call of duty. I thank Dean McCrary for everything. Especially, for allowing me the opportunity to claim and own a vehicle from them. God bless!

Excellent salesperson (Bigbie) who was patient, knowlegable, and helpful. Interaction with the sales manager and the business manager was pleasant and professional. I would recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. I went in looking for a new vehicle but found a used one that I preferred. There was no issue.....they just wanted me to have a vehicle that satisfied me....not them.
