Worst Experience Ever!
On a test drive of a 2018 Kia Niro EX, the check engine lights came on. I notified my salesman and the next day, I was told that it was an environmental code that popped up because the gas cap wasn't on correctly. 30 miles down the road, just after the ink had dried on the lease, the lights came on again. Fast forward 4 months later....the car has been in service twice for a total of 5 weeks for the same problem. Add to that additional engine problems. I was sold a lemon. There response was to try to make more money off the situation and to ignore the state lemon law.

Never buy from POWER
I bought a brand new Kia Sportage and was told I get free maintenance check ups. After the 1st check up it was a nightmare trying to get back in. My online profile doesn't work after the 1st scheduled appointment. I call in to schedule an appointment and they now refer me back to the website (which doesn't work). No one seems to be able to help me once they got my money. I'm a single father with 2 kids & don't have time to stop in & schedule an appointment. Now that my appointment was scheduled late, my factory warranty is invalid. I feel used & taken advantage of. None of the promises made by this establishment has come to fruition. Don't ever buy a car from POWER!

Best experience ever
First time buying a new Kia Optima 2018 from Power Kia Salem was absolutely awesome. Michael J. Verton was really helpful. He helped me out finding the best option which means it's affordable and efficient. He is such a nice guy. I asked him tons of questions about the cars, and he never hesitated to give me information. I love this dealership and Michael, and I will certainly introduce my friends and family to go there whenever they want to get a good car deal and the best customer service.

Great experience
Rebecca was an excellent sales person. No pressure, knowledgeable and made the process easy. We went to to 5 dealerships to see all the midsize suvs we were interested in and not all experiences were positive. But we were quite happy with the vehicle and price we found at Power Kia.
