Get’em while they are hot!

My salesperson Dakota was helpful, honest and not pressuring. Car was spot on and am pleased with price and the transaction as a whole. I rated 4/5 because I just got the car and want to be sure everything is good, will update to 5/5 if so!

Daniel to sales person was honest and to the point on a vehicle sale. Finance was quick and personable. It did not take 6 hours to buy a car. Everyone in the dealership was kind and professional. It was really comfortable to be there. I wish I would have known about them 2 vehicles ago.

Brought in Murano .

Brought in Murano . Engine light came on. I already had it diagnosed that oxygen sensor was bad. When brought it in I was told they had to run test. It would cost $169.95. After the test they told me the same thing. The total cost would be $1046.48 plus tax. The said they would subtract the test cost from the price. The cost would be $876.54 after that. I feel I was treated unfairly and over priced. My first test was free at Auto Zone. It took 10 minutes. I was at your garage over an hour for same result. I have always been pleased with your service department until now. I am on my 4th vehicle from you and not happy. I have checked other garages and have been told $535. Not sure where I go from here.

Service at German Nissan

Easy checkin. Paul, the service agent was very helpful and efficient. I only waited an hour and 15 minutes for an oil and lube and tire rotation. I looked on website prior and found a coupon. Nice waiting room! Great service!
