I have bought most of my cars from Duval Ford.
I have bought most of my cars from Duval Ford. Unfortunately, the sales rep and his supervisor could not explain what the "extras" were. I spent SIX weeks trying to get the information. Finally went to another dealership to find out (and buy) the car I wanted had heated seat and moon roof.) The service there was horrible. Treated me like I had no idea how a car works. I switched and came back to Duval for service and have never regretted it.

My 2019 Ford Explorer Limited has a water leak in the roof. I booked a appt. for them to evaluate thru Geico. I showed up for my service/evaluation appt; I was met and told that it was my windshield without them even looking or anything. I was told that was the only place it could leak. Take it now, I remained in my car the whole five or so minutes I was there. The next morning, I got a text telling me I had missed my appt. and to reschedule..... wow... hmmmmm... This was the worst experience..........
