Oil Change at Autonation on Hwy 64

I have taken my Ford Edge to this dealership 3-4 times to have the oil changed since it is the closest dealership. I will be taking my business elsewhere from this point on. Each time I've been there I have had an issue. The first time, there was grease on and in the drivers side, apparently where the mechanic got in and out of the car. I had loose lug nuts after the tires were rotated. I was told twice when I called to make an appointment no appointment was necessary it is first come first served. I get there to be first in line and then I'm told it's by appointment and I will have to wait till they get to their appointments even though no one else was there yet. I complained about being told when called no appointment was necessary and I was told I could take my business elsewhere by two service employees. Wow! Never mind lets try to make our "service" to our customers better... let's just send them away and continue to give the mediocre work everyone expects. Today, everyone wants to just show up and get paid. Gentleman, to the two that told me to take my business elsewhere, Good luck and God Bless!

Works oil change

I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. When I picked my car up, I was given the keys and told it was parked outside to the right. I had to hunt for my car. When I got inside, the paper floor mat was still in it along with the shop repair number in the mirror. As I was driving the car, the hood came up!
