Allen and Chris were very helpful. Just moved here from KC so I was happy to find a VW dealership close by. After service, they even take the time to wash your vehicle.

Not so good.

Initial experience was positive, as time passed, the experience degraded. Pressure from sales and service saying I needed to sell my car put me in an awkward situation. No service was completed while my vehicle was in possession of service department. My request to inspect issues with my vehicle went unanswered. I took my vehicle back and found a local garage to assist me.

Professional service

Very professional service. The waiting area is aesthetically done with good books and beverages. One part has been recalled and the replacement was not available so will have to go there again.

Service Team in Maintenance

The gentleman that assisted me in the service centre was very helpful and informative of all the things that I needed to know about the maintenance of my car. It was a far better experience than my initial one two years ago, where I felt like the guy that was working there did not care about the customer or informing them of their process. I appreciate Allen’s dedication to service. He does the company proud. The compartment that holds my sunglasses just before the rearview mirror had broken from the excessive heat, and they replaced it as if it had never been damaged at all.

Car service and maintenance for Volkswagen Beetle.

Excellent service! Chris is very professional and knowledgeable. The waiting room/showroom is clean and filled with wonder snacks. A nice place to wait for your car to be repaired.

Do not settle!!!!!

Make sure every agreed apon item is in writing. I made the mistake of taking a verbal agrement and was greatly upset in the none returning phone calls from my sales rep Danny.

Good selection of certified own Volkswagen

They kept their word on the deal and had everything ready when I got there,I spent less than an hour there ,the car was clean and had a full tank of gas
