When I first went in there to look at one car and wasnt happy about it cuz I didnt want that car and didnt let me look at others and I just went in to get it inspected and oil changed and they made it a mess

Bought my Escape in January of 2018. Have had it serviced twice so far. An oil change and an inspection/emissions appt. So far everything is good. They get me in when it's convenient for me and it's done on time. The buying process was quick and painless as well. Will continue to have it serviced at Bob Ruth.

gess what it was flooded they put new carpet to cover the dirt radio dosent work,bluetooth, line in dosent work air filter box full of dry mud front differential is leaking gear oil they suppose change the motor oil it was black like never was change tyranny support is bent bad no jack

This is a great place to have your car serviced or to purchase a car. The staff is excellent and the atmosphere is friendly. There is no pressure to buy and they worked with our budget and needs.
