Save yourself time and a headache and start your search here. I live an hour and a half away from Bob Ruth's. I started my vehicle search in March. By June, I was ready to set my car on fire and buy a horse. I had contacted a minimum of 12 dealerships in my area (Lancaster) looking for a decent vehicle in my price range. Not a single one of them listened to what I wanted. After hearing my boyfriend shouting everyday that there are "DEALS IN DILLSBURG!" and telling me to call Bob Ruth's, I gave in and contacted them. Within 5 days, Brian Crespo had me in a vehicle that I absolutely love! It was DEFINITELY worth the drive! I guarantee that the next time we need a vehicle, we will start at Bob Ruth's!

I have to admit, I knew through a friend that Bob Ruth Ford's was a good place to look, but I didn't expect it to be as great as it was! Not only was the sales person, Jeff Turner, super awesome, but he was actually genuine about his concerns for which car would be better for me. He was so nice, he even made sure that the car I bought got half a tank of gas in it before letting me take it off the lot for good. He even let me borrow his phone charger while we were there! Everyone we encountered was super helpful and nice and loved to laugh with us. I'm so happy with my experience there and with my new car. They made sure I understood everything completely which helped a lot since this was my first time getting a car through a car lot and getting my own loan without a cosigner, something that at the age of 20 would have given me a lot of anxiety to do had it not been how awesome they are and how comfortable they made me feel! Also, the process took a lot faster than I would have thought (Especially since I wasn't completely prepared to buy a car (meaning I didn't have proof of income on me, etc (Which they helped me figure out a way since I clock my hours online through a site))). We were there for only about 4 hours I think. Jeff was really happy that I was really happy. Just overall an amazing experience!

Worst buying experience in my life still no answer from owner or the internet manger two months later it sounds my truck sounds like there radio advertisement meow clank boom bang I even had work done else where like replacing the dry rotted tires the oil pan I’m almost up to $2,000 in repairs in two months of having it I still have to get muffler system fixed and suspension done the reason I had it done else where is I think some of these things should have been done before truck was put on the lot to be sold

My wife and I arrived at Bob Ruth Ford looking for a used Town and Country. Unfortunately the one we were looking for was out as a liner vehicle and was unavailable. However, they were willing to negotiate on a higher end vehicle for a fair price. They even agreed to work through replacing a cracked tail light that was discovered. The buying process went seamlessly and we are very pleased with our vehicle.

Highly recommend! They even comp your meal at the food truck while you wait for them to work their magic!
