Works - oil change/tire rotation

Great to try this service. We usually do our own oil change but we thought we would give it a shoot.

Cadillac xxx purchase.

Tim Rahnis assisted me in purchasing a new car. Tim is very professional, and told me everything that I needed to know, so there was no surprises. Everything that Tim mentioned about the vehicle, regarding work that needed to be done to pass MD State Inspection was true and accurate. I want to thank Bob Ruth Ford not only for their hospitality in making sure I was comfortable and welcomed, but assisting me in making a great purchase. As of today, car runs great, breaks and rotors have been replaced due to Tim Rahnis recommendation, and I haven't experienced any other surprises. Due to Tim's guidance, the vehicle has passed MD State Inspection. Thank you Bob Ruth Ford and especially Tim Rahnis for your customer service.

Great Service

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Focus Titanium from Bob Ruth Ford. I started shopping for cars close to home in York & had an awful customer service experience at the Ford dealership. I then looked at PA car inventory online and found what I wanted at Bob Ruth. It was worth the 45 minute drive. Dave Galaspy was absolutely wonderful. He was so friendly & cheerful throughout the car buying process. He answered all of my questions & provided status updates while others worked on paperwork. I was beyond thrilled with the service Dave provided. I will recommend Bob Ruth & Dave to anyone who is considering purchasing a car.

All Around Wonderful

Tim was a great help. He pulled up what we wanted to look at. He didn't try to point out all different cars to sell at a higher price. The price listed online didn't change by the time we got there. Bob Ruth Ford wants to make sure you don't have to shop anywhere else for cheaper they already have their prices below others.

Great Team

David Staats was awesome. I have less than perfect credit, and I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. He was very friendly, personable and all around a great guy who kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was not pushy, did not give me a sales pitch and I feel I was treated with the same respect and courtesy as any other customer. Would recommend him to family and friends.
