salesman c.m didn't seem to wanta sale

Sales man didn't seem to want my sale this week. I had to make many calls to him add he promised to call and never did. I ran paperwork needed to him and never a phone call back. I asked about getting a lower payment and that's where it stopped. I would've still bought the suv at the higher payment. But I will go else where.

Great

We bought a 2016 Ford Fusion. It is a beautiful car and Ron is just great. The financing/credit staff is great. We were very surprised to get the car.

Outstanding Local Dealer

Ford F-150. My first choice would have been a Ranger, but that is no longer available. Jeff responded quickly and suggested the vehicle which we purchased. They were helpful with all the paperwork that accompanies a purchase.

Great people, eager to please and great service.

Once again my experience with the service department at Bob Ruth Ford was GREAT!! My service advisor, Donna, was awesome as usual and got me back in my truck in no time. As long as I own a Ford I won't go anywhere else for service.
