great staff and service
I purchased a 08 honda fit from Bob Ruth i saw their posting online and decided to check it out. Prior to seeing the vehicle i checked out what previous customers had to say, all were well around the 5 star mark (pages after pages)with excellent customer service. So i decided to give them a shot and take a look at the vehicle. My sales rep Scott has been real helpful throughout the transaction. He was genuinely respectful and knows how to treat customers well. Over all this is my 1st vehicle i ever purchased from a dealer (never purchased any of my vehicles at a dealer) and im very satisfied with the experience, i drove about 2hrs away to see the vehicle and i will say its worth the trip even if i had to drive back again to pick up my car that i left there. Very satisfied experience you have to come in to see for yourself! thanks again Bob Ruth and staff!!

Salesperson was very good. Service dept horrible.
Our salesperson was very helpful. Facilities dated. Used cars there get only wash and vacuum, oil change and new wiper blades. Dipstick was frozen so they obviously didn't check oil level or left frozen dipstick in. Found 3" debris in cabin filter. Exhaust bent from previous rear collision undisclosed. They gave us 2 free oil changes but won't be using those!

Door Ajar
Took my Lincoln MKX to 2 other dealer for a door ajar problem with no results. Finally went to Bob Ruth Ford and they listened to what I said and fixed the door in just half a day. Fast and great results! They will be my first stop if I need anything ever again.
