Always a positive experience.

This was our third purchase from Bob Ruth. Always a positive experience from start to finish. We have always dealt with Dave Statts. This time we also had the pleasure of meeting the owner as he personally escorted us to the office for paperwork. We have referred this dealership and Dave to three others which also resulted in sales. We will be returning in the future.

Great Service

F150. Sales staff was great (George). Disappointed that the battery had issue early on. Happy to get loaner for convenience, although it was a "non-smoking" vehicle that clearly had been smoked in. Also, shocked to find governor on gas pedal - pulling out of dealership onto rt 15 is hazardous!

Hello Jeffrey, Thank you for sharing your feedback with our cars.com review readers. Very sorry if there was any lingering odor of smoke in the loaner vehicle. Like you said, they are non-smoking loaners but some people just do not respect the rules. Even after cleaning that smoke smell is tough to remove. Customers are charged a fee for that cleaning but it doesn't always help after the damage is done. It takes time and multiple cleaning efforts to go away. Sincerely, Bob Ruth Ford.

Great service!

I was in a jam- check engine light came on and I a super important business meeting in two days. Called the Bob Ruth Ford service department and they were able to diagnose and repair my F-150! Thanks guys for keeping me running when I needed it most!!

very positive experience

i have a 2016 Explorer platinum and while I waited for it to arrive, salesperson would call me at times to update arrival time and progress.

Great service!

After not being at a dealership for several years due to bad experience..we found BobRuthFord to be the complete opposite.
