Great personnel, proffesional

I purchased a 2010 F-150 XL. I was treated with respect as an individual. Not having much money to put down they did their best and accomplished the task at hand to place me in the truck that I chose. I appreciate all that was done and showed to me.

Car Maintenance

Efficient, helped with 10,000 mile check-up - vehicle had less that 9200 miles however had the car ( lease ) over year and half - previous visit was told I still had another free oil change, this visit was given a bill and the manager did not charge me. Bob Ruth Ford is a good dealer to work with.

RECOMMENDED HIGHLY

2010 Ford Edge. Salesman (Jeff) did an amazing job from start to finish. Never expected to leave the dealership with a new car. Was only planning on checking out some options, but the deal I was handed and the car I was shown were just impossible to turn away from. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. I will certainly remember this positive experience and how comfortable everyone made me feel. Thank you for an amazing vehicle and a great experience!

AWESOME!!!!!

AWESOME service department! Nat is extremely helpful; sent me text messages updating me on the progress of my repairs while I was at work was much appreciated. They gave me a ride to my office after I dropped my car off, and offered to pick me up. They even offered me a ride back to my house to find my registration card because I didn't have it and needed it for inspection. Thanks again!
