Car Maintenance
Efficient, helped with 10,000 mile check-up - vehicle had less that 9200 miles however had the car ( lease ) over year and half - previous visit was told I still had another free oil change, this visit was given a bill and the manager did not charge me. Bob Ruth Ford is a good dealer to work with.

2010 Ford Edge. Salesman (Jeff) did an amazing job from start to finish. Never expected to leave the dealership with a new car. Was only planning on checking out some options, but the deal I was handed and the car I was shown were just impossible to turn away from. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. AWESOME service department! Nat is extremely helpful; sent me text messages updating me on the progress of my repairs while I was at work was much appreciated. They gave me a ride to my office after I dropped my car off, and offered to pick me up. They even offered me a ride back to my house to find my registration card because I didn't have it and needed it for inspection. Thanks again!

Excellent Staff, Great Vehicle
I purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion earlier this week. I love the vehicle and am extremely happy with my purchase. It's in excellent condition and was at an extremely fair price. The staff member who assisted me was Cody, and he was wonderful. The vehicle I came to look at which I saw on your website was not on the lot, and we couldn't find it. Cody went out of his way to search for it, ended up finding out someone had not returned it to its spot earlier that day, and we took it for a test drive. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and kind through the entire car buying process. He really seemed to be happy to help and made the usually strenuous car buying process more bearable through his positive and helpful attitude. Overall I am extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased and the service I received at Bob Ruth. Thank you!
