Bob Ruth Ford... Great service! A family!

Bought my truck and have it serviced at Bob Ruth. Lauren is always honest, telling me about, and fixing, things I didn?t know needed fixing...the unfortunate thing is, they?ve had to fix several factory mistakes

The Buying Process for my Truck was as expected. No negotiating as they price there Vehicles Agressivley according to the Market and the Popularity of the Vehicle. The overall experience was good according to environment we are in (Covid). Some Customers wore Masks and some did not But the Salespeople wore masks according to wether you did or not. A sign of the times. Buying a Truck under a tent in the Heat is a little uncomfortable but it is the way it has to be. I had issues with no second Key fob and it not passing inspection because of window tinting in Maryland but Bob Ruth handle it fast and without questions. My salesperson was Jason and he made sure everything went as best it could. I am overall very Happy with my truck and my Experience. I would buy a car or truck from them again and I live in Maryland ,, About an Hour and a Half away..

I highly recommend going to Bob Ruth Ford and asking for Dave Galaspy. He is very helpful, polite, and is the best salesman my wife and I have encountered. He made trading our vehicle and buying a used one very fast and painless!

Great experience!

I showed up just expecting to have a look at a truck I saw on the website, and left with that truck. The salesman was not at all pushy, but very, very helpful. Big shout out to Joe True and the two Tylers for their help and patience, as I wasn't the most prepared (as I said, I wasn't expecting to make a purchase that day).

Customer Service Review

Took my car in to Bob Ruth Ford for inspection. The service tech (Nate) was very personable and helpful. He contacted me prior to doing anything to go over exactly what I wanted done. He also contacted me with some suggested service options that should be done at some point. He then called when my vehicle was done. Upon arriving to pick my car up, he assisted me with answering any questions. He even put in a new battery in my key fob. Very much appreciated the top notch customer service that I received.

Bob ruth ford

Well my initial reaction was great I did not test drive car they do everything over the phone you have to give down payment first. All was ok I got there and sitting outside in tents 98 degrees signed all paperwork drove home had issues called back next morning sales guy that sold me car said he had to check to see if my issues were there problem hello just bought car night before of course your problem then he says you have to call garage guy's and setup an appointment. seriously not happening

Kept me abreast of a difficult situation - kept to estimate

Upon discovering a broken exhaust manifold I was quoted a price for the job along with the other work for my truck. The job took much longer (several days) but they kept to the estimated amount of the work. Each day I received an update on the progress. Nat is great to work with.
