stay away

This place is so not reliable. I called this morning to confirm a vehicle availability, and they did . They called me later and set up and appointment for 2 pm . And also confirmed availability. Drove two hours to my appointment did meet a clueless sales man who has no idea what car I wanted . Finally I find the car I wanted and inquired about. Ask for the key which I got . Trying to leave the lot for test drive. He comes to me to tell me sorry the car is sold .

Mohammad, first and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies that your appointment did not transpire as planned. When your appointment was scheduled, with our Internet Department, at that time the vehicle was available. Our Internet Director had confirmed the vehicle availability. One of the challenges we face as a high-volume dealer, is the occurrence of a vehicle being sold before your arrival. That particular vehicle was here for 48 days and at the pricepoint it was listed as, drew a lot of attention. The customer that purchased the vehicle had put a deposit on that vehicles minutes prior to your arrival. Typically in situations like this, we would contact you immediately, however there was not time during the transaction this week. Great salesperson

My salesperson Ann was amazing and and made the whole car buying experience very easy and enjoyable. The other two people, Tyler the financial guy was awesome and made everything easy and also John who explained everything as I signed many papers. I would definitely recommend the three of them for a great experience.

Regular maintenance

Car went in for scheduled oil change. Returned to customer with Lug nut caps missing. Driving home, 3 more fell off. Called in to discuss Was told there ?only cosmetic ? and they do that from over the time. Well when you take your car in. You don?t expect to get it back with things falling off. That?s not how it was upon receipt. Offered nothing to resolve, even though vehicle was recently purchased in January. Tried to give them the benefit of making it right...and basically got its ?only cosmetic ?

New car

We absolutely love Bob Ruth Ford, it was very fast and affordable prices. Amy made sure she found everything on our list we were looking for. Now we can take family trips in our 2017 Dodge Durango.. We are in love with our car!!
