Felix was knowledgeable of the car the opening of door,

Felix was knowledgeable of the car the opening of door, during our ride. A very personal touch with a smile. Cruz very helpful with advice, reassurance of purchase even my lack of computer knowledge 😊 and last but not least Lydia was very informing made me very comfortable with paperwork and his ability to make you feel at home. All three are 5 stars in costumer handling. Thanks guys ...

Reached out about a truck.

Reached out about a truck. Got what I now assume to be automated replies. I replied requesting information about the truck as well as another truck on the website. Never got a reply so 3 days later I emailed the salesman listed in the original email and still no response. Guess they didn’t want my business so I won’t give them my business in the future.

Run far away from this place!

Run far away from this place!!! I brought my car in on Sunday explaining to the techs that I had my car diagnosed and was told that I needed my timing chain replaced. I was looked at like I was crazy and was told that timing chains don’t ever need to be repaired on corollas. Fast forward to Monday I get a call stating that all I needed was an oil change and a battery that equaled out to well over $500. I go to pick up the car on Tuesday and boom nothing was fixed but they gladly took over $500 out of my pocket. The service manager is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. He told me “sir we don’t even work on timing chains”. I had no choice but to leave my car overnight again with these crooks and they end up telling me that it’s the starter which i ended up approving. Fast forward to today which is Wednesday they claimed now it wasn’t the starter and it was the original issue that I went in for …..the TIMING CHAIN!!! The service manager once again wanted to avoid helping me at all and says “sorry we messed up” when I questioned him about telling me that they don’t do timing chains there but now that my car “needs” it you can magically sell me one. I will never buy anything Toyota again due to these people. Horrible Customer service. As a manager you should have some sort of empathy but instead he would rather just walk away and not make sure that the customer is all set. I wasted money not only on what was sold that didn’t fix the issue and on the rental car that I had to extend due to this location messing up big time.

Lindsay Agosto quoted me 3x the time needed to fix my

Lindsay Agosto quoted me 3x the time needed to fix my issue then swore that everybody pays the price she quoted for my repair. I was completely taken advantage of. Luckily, I was able to call other shops to get a quote and call xx. I asked to speak to Lindsay's manager as she walked me to the checkout counter. She continued to sell me on her quote being 'what everyone pays.' Finally, a manager came over and agreed the hours were too high and had Lindsay adjust them. What a crook...

The worst dealership I've ever dealt with!

The worst dealership I've ever dealt with!I was in contact with someone from the dealership all through the day and made an appointment to come in to buy the vehicle I inquired about.I drove over an hour to get there and the salesman i was supposed to meet with wasn't there so another salesman took me out to the lot and we walked all over the lot for 15-20 minutes looking for the vehicle.The whole time she was trying to sell me every other vehicle we past and couldn't find the one I came to buy.we went back inside and the sales manager came out to inform me the truth was sent to the auction that morning.I wasted my whole day for nothing and I think the salesman knew that's why she was trying to get me to look at other trucks.I will never go back to this dealership again.

The salesmen here are total snakes, would not meet me at my preferred car price point or my monthly payment price point. They only care about their own profit and not the wellbeing of their clients! Will not be making the mistake of doing business with them again!
