I had a great experience at this dealership.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Steven was the one showing me the cars, a certified pre-owned HR-V and CR-V. He was immediately friendly, hospitable, and made me feel comfortable. I had plenty of time to check out the cars inside and out, without feeling rushed. Steven was able to listen to what I enjoyed and what my concerns were, and showed me a brand new HR-V, which I of course fell in love with. I was very impressed with the knowledge and hospitality of everyone here, and of course Steven offered me a great deal! I did not feel pressured into anything and ended up feeling great about my decision. I had no idea I could afford a brand new car within my budget. They kept my monthly payment goal, matched the interest rate that I had been pre-approved for at another credit union, and Jaq (who I believe was the manager) offers me an incredible deal on an extended warranty. Believe me, I not quick to trust as I am well aware of sleazy sales tactics, and my boyfriend who is a real-estate agent joined me to help negotiate the price. But I truly believe that Steven had my best interest in mind and I walked out with a great deal, and even better car. I'll happily be back!

I don't know if my car's oil has been changed because the

I don't know if my car's oil has been changed because the dashboard says the oil is past due. I have to go back and make sure the job was done.

Richard was great.

Richard was great. He was patient and thorough with allowing me to shop for my new vehicle. The two men in the finance department were just as great! Overall good experience!

Every employee is kind, courteous and very welcoming.

Every employee is kind, courteous and very welcoming. I begin my service journey with Coggin whole living 20 minutes away. We have since moved further away, depending on traffic, it could take near an hour to get to Coggin. Despite the drive time, we continue our relationship with Coggin due to all the positive experiences we have had. When we schedule an appointment, we specifically request Gabriel as our Service Advisor due to the caring and honesty he has continued to demonstrate.

With respect to service dept.

With respect to service dept. Service rep & technican provided promptly diagnosed issue and put the required part on order. They were both professional & curteous. Waiting area was clean, well spaced, coffee and limited snacks provided.
