Excellent from the vendors Juan Luna and Alex Torres, Roberto, the financial guy was superb, however, would have been nice if the manager would have come an introduced himself after me and my wife been at the dealership since 10:20 AM until we finally got the cars. Yes we bought 2 cars and the manager never show up. That’s NOT good for business, luckily you have 2 excellent vendors in Juan and Alex

I had a great experience at this dealership.
I had a great experience at this dealership. Steven was the one showing me the cars, a certified pre-owned HR-V and CR-V. He was immediately friendly, hospitable, and made me feel comfortable. I had plenty of time to check out the cars inside and out, without feeling rushed. Steven was able to listen to what I enjoyed and what my concerns were, and showed me a brand new HR-V, which I of course fell in love with. I was very impressed with the knowledge and hospitality of everyone here, and of course Steven offered me a great deal! I did not feel pressured into anything and ended up feeling great about my decision. I had no idea I could afford a brand new car within my budget. They kept my monthly payment goal, matched the interest rate that I had been pre-approved for at another credit union, and Jaq (who I believe was the manager) offers me an incredible deal on an extended warranty. Believe me, I not quick to trust as I am well aware of sleazy sales tactics, and my boyfriend who is a real-estate agent joined me to help negotiate the price. But I truly believe that Steven had my best interest in mind and I walked out with a great deal, and even better car. I'll happily be back!
