Predatory Car Loan with Unfair and abusive high

Predatory Car Loan with Unfair and abusive high interest-rates, low ballers, they will take your car by giving you a deceptively low price. Just purchased 2024 Escalade and trade in my 2023 suburban that was my worst deal ever. Very Poor customer service, handicapped general manager, no one to talk to if you have any complaints. Their headquarters is the worst as you can see the screenshot below. There is a lot of great dealers around use caution Avoid these guys, save your self time and money.

After I sent multiple emails to the general manager along with his sales manager, they never responded, totally ignored. They are playing hide and seek, that shows their level of professionalism. They know who I am. I’m the only one who purchased a 2024 Escalade ESV on February 22nd.

Great Experience!

I drove up from South Miami to work with Abi because all the dealerships down here are trying to rip customers off with Market Adjustment fees of $15k. Abi was honest throughout the entire process and it was an actual great experience working with him!

Lease

Took 4 hours to complete a simple buyout. Got it all the paperwork incorrect. Had us wait 4 hours in the corner of the showroom and made us feel like they were doing us a favor. Tried to even tack on 150 fee. Just a rotten experience from start to finish and from everyone we met there. Still haven't gotten my title because they forget to scan my license and I had to email it to them.
