Fantastic service and communication from Steven. Was welcomed and given a quick hug by Arturo, which made me feel welcome like family. The older gentleman, I guess he does the valet, because I was told to bring my ticket to him to retrieve my car from service…unfortunately, he wasn’t so nice, but we all have bad days and he must’ve been having one. He was unfriendly and didn’t seem to care that I had a question….even a small smile would’ve been nice. My car was fixed as quickly as Possible and getting a loaner care and returning it was super easy.

Took my 2020 Cadillac Escalade ESV in for a vibration
Took my 2020 Cadillac Escalade ESV in for a vibration concern, after 3 plus months and several parts replaced later, my problem has not been solved. I’m still trying to reach my service writer and/or the service director, and neither are returning my calls to help resolve the issue. I’ve reached out to Cadillac corporate and started a case, and they are the only ones I have heard from, they check in weekly, and they have tried reaching the service director at the dealership, and they have had no luck reaching them too. Very disappointed with this dealership and their business practices.
