A COMPLETE JOKE – THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE ASHAMED This is by far the worst car buying experience I’ve had in 20 years. I was ready to purchase a brand-new 2025 Cadillac Escalade, nearly a $100,000 vehicle, and this dealership completely wasted my time and disrespected me as a serious buyer. I live over 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Before I even left, I made it clear to the salesman that I was coming to BUY THE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY. I didn’t just talk—I submitted my DRIVER’S LICENSE, INSURANCE, and most importantly, my FULL CREDIT APPLICATION ahead of time. I AUTHORIZED THEM TO RUN MY CREDIT, WHICH MEANS I WAS 100% COMMITTED TO PURCHASING THE VEHICLE. I told them I was driving over from Miami, that I could buy it with or without trade-in, even CASH if needed. No one disputed that—I was told the car was available and they would expect me shortly. After driving more than an hour, I arrive and they tell me that someone who walked in 10 minutes earlier is now buying the vehicle. Their excuse? A “first come, first serve” policy—as if someone who shows up randomly is equal to someone who submitted all documents and committed to buy. This isn’t a taco truck. This is supposed to be a luxury dealership under AutoNation, one of the largest dealer groups in America. This level of incompetence, dishonesty, and disregard for customer time is unacceptable. They made me sit for another 30 minutes pretending they were “checking” whether the car would still be available, only to finally say no and send me away empty-handed. Nearly 3 hours of my day were completely wasted—not to mention the insult of being treated like my commitment meant nothing. No solution. No alternative. Just a weak apology and shrug. This place is a disgrace to the Cadillac name. If you care about your time, money, or being treated like a human being—STAY AWAY. I will be reporting this to Cadillac Corporate, AutoNation, and I will leave this review EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE to make sure other serious buyers avoid this dealership and its garbage policies.

Excellent service all around.

Excellent service all around. My sale rep Roland Matos was very knowledgeable in all the aspects of the car and on the financing part. Not only is he a true professional but a real gentleman. He made my time there enjoyable. Also Mayara who finalize my paperwork was also really nice person and really astute . She was able to get my paperwork done accurately and precise.

Spent 5,000 for leaking sunroof a common issue with the

Spent 5,000 for leaking sunroof a common issue with the SRX trunk not opening and after 2 months same problem only worse. Now they say the pump is discontinued come pick up your car. Worse service and same worse service on our CTS

Thanks for “sharing my feed back with your management team for rivew and follow up”. This is your third xx message to me. How about you just refund me the $38.45 you charged me for an oil additive that was not needed and not asked for and the $32.25 that you charged over what Ed Morse Cadillac and Wallace Cadillac would have charged me for the same repairs ?

Absolutely the worst service department in Palm Beach

Absolutely the worst service department in Palm Beach County. Went for a simple oil change and got ripped off. The Service manager Robert Lanier stopped responding to me so I complained to AutoNation corporate. It’s been over a month and after they promised to complete a review I have not heard back from them ! There are better Cadillac service departments at Wallace Cadillac and Ed Morse Cadillac. Don’t trust a dealership that lies.

I?m in Pensacola Florida but I purchased my XT5 from AutoNation in West Palm. The purchase was relatively easy and seamless. My car was delivered to a nearby AutoNation Dealer for pickup and was also an easy process. I would recommend them to my friends.
