My car died and had to be towed in. Jackson took the car in. Listened to me when I explained what was happening. Once they figured out what was wrong, Jackson kept me informed and since my car is under warranty, he rented me a car and took the necessary steps to get me reimbursed for the cost of the tow. Jackson was an absolute delight to work with.

Waited a year and a half for auto & rear park assist
Waited a year and a half for auto & rear park assist parts. Called Brad ( service manager ) periodically to check. Finally ordered but Never let me know parts were in in July. I called in September and found out . Now installed after a six hour day of waiting. He ( Brad) was not helpful or cordial. Told me to “ be patient.” When I went to pick up my car after 5;00 P.M. NOT service I expect after being a loyal Cadillac owner/ driver for over 40 years..

I have been going to AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach
I have been going to AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach for many years and have always received excellent service. During the last few years, however, it has taken longer and longer for servicing due to a lack of staffing and the ability to obtain necessary parts in a timely manner. This is no reflection on my service representative at all, since he went above and beyond to ensure that we had a loaner for a road trip that would have had to have been cancelled due to a transmission issue. However, I would hope that in the future there will be additional staffing to in order to complete service appointments in a shorter period of time.
