Oil change and yearly check
I came the wrong day but they did accommodate me! I did spend 3 hours there because from an oil change it went to buying new tires etc etc!! I was aware of needing tires so while I was there we decided to do it instead of making another appointment

Arrived on time for my 10am appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there almost 3 hours. I think that is just too long of a wait time when you have an appointment. Otherwise the service appointment would have been a good experience.

The sales representative was responsive.
The sales representative was responsive. I drove in from out of town (four hours) to purchase the car. I didn’t like though that it was not disclosed until after I signed the initial paperwork that there was only one key fob. I was told it would be $100-$200 to get another one. I called my local Cadillac dealer to find out it is $391, all in cost. Then the bugs I found on the car (while there to purchase) I thought was a small/isolated problem ended up being an infestation and still after over a week, I am still killing them in and outside the car. They had the car since July and in there showroom so you can’t tell me they didn’t know it was an issue. They also had time to make another key fob. I also thought it was odd that no one outside of the sales rep and finance rep (bought in cash) were the only two people I met. You would have thought someone in management would have thanked me for my business after purchasing a $31k+ car. I sent these complaints to the general manager upon receiving his thank you email but still have not heard from him.

Smoothest and most respectful vehicle purchase
Mike and Rudy were A1 when it came to customer service and assistance. They made the buying process a pleasure and they were able to get me moving quickly. I traveled from Alexandria, VA to West Palm Beach for my Cadillac CTS Vsport purchase and were ready to pick me up from the airport. They offered me the car presentation, test drive, and overview of the car as well as different financing options. Their service and facility were too notch and they are as professional as they get. It was a pleasure getting to know them and conduct business with them. On top of all of this, they frequently check-in to make sure the vehicle is everything I was looking for, which it was and more. 100% recommended these fine people and the dealership to others looking for a transparent and smooth car buying process.

XT4 was towed to AutoNation WPB due to warning on
XT4 was towed to AutoNation WPB due to warning on dashboard that service was needed and car in danger of stalling. The ac also ceased to function. Called Cadillac roadside and within hour car was towed to dealership. The Service representative, Steve, called to explain what was wrong and timeframe and parts needed. He offered me a loaner and would send a driver to bring me to the dealership to pick up loaner. I was surprised, on arrival, to see a Mercedes GLC 350 waiting for me. Ben, the dealor’s driver was pleasant and professional transporting me to AutoNation. Steve, my service rep, was also very professional . When I picked up my XT4 it was ready with the compressor and belts changed, tires rotated, fluids topped and oil changed . The car was also washed. I have had somewhat unreliable service in the past but this was clearly an excellent all round experience at AutoNation WPB. Of note—dealer takes a risk with a new Mercede GLC 350 as a loaner to a Cadillac XT4 driver—not to worry—the Mercedes was a great car but my XT4 has more bells and whistles that make driving easier and more comfortable for me!
